What does it mean to be a GIBN Member?

The Green Innovators in Business Network is an open network for all business changemakers—those working with and within business to develop innovative approaches to sustainability challenges.

Members are commonly drawn from participants in the Solutions Lab Series that GIBN convenes each year in cities and regions around the country, but attendance at these events is not mandatory in order to be considered a member.

Members receive the benefit of connecting with other members via the GIBN wiki, are invited to participate in monthly calls on topics relevant to sustainability in business, and are welcome to participate in the Solutions Lab events of their choice.

We count on members to be involved at different levels—from an interest in the topic and tracking blog posts and conversations via the wiki to actively participating in planning for particular events or the network as a whole.

There is no fee for becoming a member and you are welcome to leave or unsubscribe from the network at any time.

We would like to carry the values of transparency, collaboration and self-organizing that we use to structure the Solutions Labs Series into our membership model, where members themselves determine and develop helpful tools for communication, learning, and innovation.
