10:30 AM	Theme Tables Each table has a host/ facilitator and set of participants interested in particular topic—additional topics and themes may be proposed.	Participants explore a single theme of choice for 40 minutes, followed by large group debrief
11:30 AM	Theme Tables ll: Design Prep	Meet in initial design teams on issues surfaced during theme tables Preview design sessions
12:30 PM	Lunch	Nourishment & networking
1:15 PM	Design Charrette 90 minutes for discussion and presentation of learning preparation	Stuart Yasgur, Ashoka Extended period to design innovative solutions from themes explored
3:00 PM	Break
3:15 PM	INNOVATE! Presentations	Share key learning and new innovations/solutions in 5 minute segments
4:00 PM	Large Group Debrief	Share what was learned & possible actions
