Socialize within the company somewhere-need to relate somehow to everyone
Meet people where they are
Good economy allows flexibility/ luxury
Is it good enough to use money as the only metric?
Art/music classes nice to have but get cut
How do you answer 1. This is a fad 2. This is political
How do we move beyond cost cutting?
How can we use language that classified the big “why” How can we do an effective internal sales job?
How do we show concrete sefu 1.efficiencies 2. Altruistic 3. Integration of 4. Dassion +accountibility

What if it is a benefit to the organizaton but a cost to me?
Solution could be to have the convrsation, how can we work with you to make it more profitable for you?
Root cause- why are you unique?
Extend the timeline+ change the mix to make it better? ‘’More than a cookie cutter’’ Culture is interpreted differently within the organization
Focus on opening the conversation rather than closing it How do we make this sustainability,even if WMT stopped caing?
