What do we think of certifications? (ISO, GRI, etc.)

Are CSR reports just fluff? We need to get to a shorter set of metrics that can be more easily compared.

Ashoka measures how many times an entrepreneur's work has been replicated by others.

Need to make metrics tangible & actionable. That's why waste is easier than GHGs.
